Clear Correct® Braces are Incredibly Convenient and Effective

Clear Correct® Braces may not have been around for as long as the standard metal braces, but they have made a huge impact on the people who use them. In reality, many people still fear the very idea of wearing braces. The look, the feel, the mouth full of metal are all things that cause pause. And yet getting braces has been a rite of passage for many of people, creating confident smiles with perfectly aligned teeth. The good news is that Clear Correct® Braces can remedy a crooked smile without the embarrassment of traditional braces. Think about Clear Correct® Braces in this light. Braces have been around in one form or another for decades. In all that time, they have gradually evolved to be more comfortable, to solve more problems, and to be more discrete.

Today, Clear Correct® Braces are enhancing how people view braces in general. Correcting problems like malocclusion, also known as crooked teeth, these braces can also help treat overbite and underbite. How will you be best served by these revolutionary products? There is only one way to find out. Call our Albuquerque orthodontics office at (505) 359-2289 for a free Clear Correct braces consultation.

Clear Correct Advantages

People currently using Clear Correct® Braces already know and are experiencing the many advantages to the product. One of them is the ease with which people can clean this product. With traditional braces, the wires can trap food between them and cause stains to form on the teeth. When traditional braces trap food, patients can experience bad breath, swelling of the gums, discoloration of the teeth themselves, infections or cavities. Fortunately, there is a decreased chance with Clear Correct® Braces, as one can easily remove the Clear Correct® Braces for cleaning.

Our Albuquerque orthodontics office strongly encourages patients to take on a cautious oral hygiene routine when straightening teeth. Even though Clear Correct® Braces are far easier to clean, there is still a need to ensure that one takes care of his or her teeth. The last thing one wants is to lose the battle to some kind of oral infection or to have stains form on the teeth due to poor oral hygiene.

Cleaning Clear Correct Braces

Cleaning the Clear Correct® Braces is very easy. All one needs to do is remove them from the mouth and lightly brush them with a toothbrush under warm water. Once complete, the patient needs to rinse them thoroughly. Patients need to get in the habit of brushing their teeth and cleaning their Clear Correct® Braces after every meal.

While brushing, it is advisable to place the braces themselves in their container as this is more sanitary than simply placing them on the counter. Simultaneously, using the container will also eliminate the risk of dropping the Clear Correct® Braces on the ground. If one does not have the time to brush or the toothbrush is not handy, patients need to at least rinse both teeth and the Clear Correct® Braces after every meal.
